LinkedIn’s own AI now reads your whole profile, including your skills, activity, career path and social proof, to decide where you show up in searches. Keyword stuffing no longer works. Being active does, because recruiters reach out to people who engage. Cindi walks through a real profile makeover that turned a CV-style page into a source of inbound opportunities.
You will get practical fixes for your photo, banner, headline and About section, including AI tools that help with each. Cindi and Shamane then demo the Vibe Tribe profile audit tool: upload your profile PDF, review the topic clarity check and scores, and use the revamp kit. You will also learn how to add your own context so the suggestions build the brand you want without sending the wrong signals to your employer.
