Lesson 12: Turn an idea into a project brief
Most people hand AI a broad or half-formed idea and get a broad, half-formed answer back. Tianyu demonstrates the Idea to Project skill using a sample plan for a robot rental business in Singapore. The skill interviews him on seven points, including who the idea serves, what he brings, the first version to build and the first milestone.
You will see how the finished brief becomes the starting point for everything else, from an investor deck to a video. Tianyu’s rule is simple: for any complex project, start with a brief. Advanced models take your request seriously and act on it, so a clear brief makes the production that follows smooth.
Reflection Activity / Action Item: Pick one idea you have been sitting on. Write a one-page brief covering the audience, the problem, the outcome you want, your constraints and the evidence you already have.
