Lesson 19: Brief an AI motion graphic
Tianyu shows how he asked Claude to produce 15 animation styles side by side so he could test which suited his brand. These motion graphics are written in code by AI rather than generated as video, which gives you more control. He then briefs a 20-second promo for a new web page in a retro Synthwave VHS style.
You will see that a good motion graphic brief needs four things: duration, format, a style reference and the intended use. Most professionals were never trained in video or animation, but with clear briefs and the right workflow you can produce content for sales pitches, education or announcements on LinkedIn.
Reflection Activity / Action Item: Draft a 20-second animation brief for one of your own ideas. Name one style reference and end with a clear call to action for the viewer.
